The mission of the United Way of Wyandotte County is to increase the community's understanding of human needs and to mobilize resources to meet those needs.

Contributions

The United Way campaign for the Kansas City, Kansas Public School District takes place each Fall. There are a number of methods to choose from to contribute to United Way of Wyandotte County:

One-time contribution

The contribution is collected during the campaign period or can be mailed to the local office any time throughout the year.

Payroll Deduction

The deduction is taken out of the 2nd payroll check of the month. The deductions begin with the Dec. 31st payroll and end on the Aug. 31 payroll.
