Mr. Richard Kaminski

A lifelong resident, Mr. Kaminski was elected to the Board in 1991. He earned an A.A. degree from KCK Community College, a B.S. degree from Wichita State University, and has also done graduate work at Wichita State University.

Mr. Kaminski is also a:

• Former U.S. Marine Sergeant
• Retired KCK Police Captain – 32 years
• Wyandotte County Commissioner – 4 years

He presently works as a Security Specialist with the Unified Government.
