1. Put the CD in the CD-ROM drive and click on My Computer located on the Desktop.
2. Click on the CD-ROM icon labeled novellwin2000 (D:)
3. Navigate through the folders of novellwin2000 (D:) by double-clicking on these folders ...

4. Then click on the file setupnw.exe.
5. The Novell Client installation will begin. When you get to the first screen decision select "custom installation."
6. At the next decision screen (Components to Install) just click on Next.
7. At the "Select a Network Protocol Option" screen click on "IP only" then click on "Next."
8. At the next decision (Establish bindery) screen click on "Next."
9. At the next decision screen (Select Tree) type in "usd500" for new servers and "kckps" for old elementary servers. Then click on "Next."
10. At the next screen click on "Finish."

username.teachers.bld###.kck

where username is the teacher's username and ### is the building's three digit building number.

There are two other context variables, students and admin which may be plugged in appropriately (where teachers is located).
