Notice of Time and Place of Special Meeting

A special meeting of the Kansas City, Kansas Board of Education is hereby called for Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at 12:00 noon in the third floor auditorium of the Public Library and School Administration Building, 625 Minnesota Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas.

The purpose of such special meeting shall be to recess to executive session for the following exceptions to the Kansas Open Meetings Act:

1. Attorney/Client – for consultation with the Board attorney on matters which would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship;
2. 2Non-elected Personnel – to protect the privacy and interests of the individual(s) to be discussed.
