Time and Effort Sheets

Under NCLB, school districts are required to track the time and effort of all staff members paid from any federal fund.
Paid less than 100%: If you are paid less than 100% from a federal fund, you will receive the form to sign and return each month.
Paid 100%: If you are paid 100% from a federal fund, you will receive the form to sign and return at the end of each semester.
Please keep in mind that the auditors have checked the Time/Effort sheets every year. We need your form(s) back (signed by both you and your supervisor) as soon as you receive them, in order for us to scan and organize them into digital files or the auditors.
Please return your signed sheets to the attention of Mrs. Adams in my office. If it is more convenient, you may fax the signed sheet to 279-2085 or 551-3217. Thank you.
