Getting Help with NCLB: A new online guide can help educators make decisions about programs and strategies that meet "No Child Left Behind" guidelines. Indentifying and Implementing Educational Practices Supported by Rigorous Evidence is a 19-page publication, developed by the Department of Education's "Institute of Education Sciences" (IES), that offers evaluation factors to help determine the effectiveness of an educational intervention.
