Time and Effort Sheets
Time and Effort sheets are required by NCLB to be signed by anyone who has a percentage of their salary being paid from a Federal Fund.
- If your salary is paid 100% by any federal fund, you are required to sign a time/effort sheet once a semester.
- If your salary is paid less than 100% by any federal fund, you are required to sign a time/effort sheet once a month.
- This makes it possible to have sheets for a specific staff member in one month but not in another.
Following are instructions for processing the Time and Effort sheets required by NCLB.
- We have put the sheets in .pdf format. When you click on the link for your building, the Adobe file should pull up and be printable from there. If there are no time/effort sheets for your building, then none are required at this time.
- Notification will be sent out each month via e-mail when the new sheets are ready for processing.
- Please print the T/E Sheets and have them signed by the appropriate staff member.
- Return the originals to Pat Adams in the office of Federal Programs at the Education Center by the date listed below with the sheets. (You may fax the sheets to Pat -- if you do fax, please retain the original in your office - do NOT send duplicate copies.)
- Please do not "staple" your time and effort sheets together. The staples must be removed and they leave an area on the sheet which causes numerous jams during scanning.
Listed below are links to the Time and Effort sheets for your building, if applicable. If there are no links for your specific building, there are no sheets to be signed.
