Nutritional Services uses what is called Traditional based menu planning to develop the 4 week cycle menus served to our students. Please note the dates of service to determine what is being offered at any given time. In this type of meal planning the menu is compiled using components, which include meats/meat alternates, grain breads, fruits & vegetables and carton milk. Students in all secondary schools and in many elementary schools may build a healthy meal by selecting meal components from the variety of foods offered. Students must take A full serving of three different components to be counted as a meal.
