Preschool Enrollment For 4 year olds as of 8/31/11
A free half-day preschool program for 4 year olds is available at three district sites. The program will help develop the skills needed to begin school ready to learn. Students will be eligible if they meet one or more of the following criteria designated by the State of Kansas:
- Single parent family (custodial parent is unmarried)
- Income guidelines for free meal by 9/20/11
- SRS referral (letter stating child would benefit from preschool)
- Parent without a high school diploma or GED
- Developmental delays (set by KSDE)
- Teen parent (when child was born)
- English Language Learners
- Migrant Status (Certificate of Eligibility on File with KSDE)
**Transportation will be provided**
Breakfast — available for the morning session
Lunch — available for the afternoon session

Pls. bring: State Birth Certificate, Immunization records, proof of recent physical and proof of address, (utility bill, lease agreement)
