Uniform Policy
Tops
- Colors: Solid White, Navy, Black or Khaki.
- Tops must have sleeves ranging from short to full length.
- Shirts may include polo, turtleneck, dress shirt or plain collared shirt in white, navy, black or khaki.
- Shirts may not have lettering, pictures, logos, labels or designs.
- Shirts must fit the student and be worn tucked in at all times.
- Students may wear sweaters, crew necks, v-necks, cardigan vests, or sweatshirts (white, navy, black or khaki) with a collared shirt underneath. (NO HOODED SWEATSHIRTS WILL BE ALLOWED)
Bottoms
- Colors: Solid Navy, Black or Khaki (NO DENIM/BLUE JEANS, SWEAT PANTS, SPORTS PANTS OR CARGO PANTS WITH SIDE POCKETS).
- Styles: Slacks, shorts, skirts, skorts or jumpers.
- Styles must fit at the waist or a belt must be worn (NO SAGGING OR BAGGING).
- Hems of shorts, skorts and jumpers must be no shorter than mid-thigh (When the student is standing with his or her arms at the side).
Additional Uniform Requirements for all Students
- No oversized clothing – All styles must fit the child.
- No "headwear" is to be worn, unless approved for religious purposes.
- Articles related to gangs or gang activities such as jewelry, emblems, symbols or other related items will be prohibited.
- Jewelry should not be worn if it could be a safety issue during recess or P.E. (New this year)
- For student safety, no flip flops, open toe shoes or backless shoes are allowed. Lace-up (leather or tennis shoes, Velcro or slip-on shoes are acceptable. (New this year)
