Our Students

Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools has 19,561 students. 44% of those students are African American, 35% are Hispanic, 17% are Caucasian, and 4% are other ethnic groups. 80% qualify for free or reduced lunch, and 25% are English Language Learners.
